I know it sounds weird that i would want to be one, but does anybody know how i go about becoming one? What qualifications i would need, etc?

You need to demonstrate and have experience in collecting evidence and report writing for over 2 years. They also wanted experience of investigating. They pay alot so therefore I guess are allowed to ask for alot.
Its worth keeping an eye out on the LGJobs website. Also, write to your local council and ask for a placement or work exeprience.
