I have recently married and my husband wants to add me onto the deeds. I live in Scotland, how do we do this?

You need to contact your solicitor, who will advise you how to proced. It's not complicated, but it will save you time and trouble if he / she assists with the process.
Start with Registers of Scotland - www.ros.gov.uk - click Citizen and then view both Qualified Conveyancers and Executry Practitioners at the bottom from amongst whom you should be able to find someone who is properly registered to change the title for you. You refer to deeds, but all land in Scotland is now registered I believe so it is the Land Certificate which has to be changed. As well as sole proprietor land in Scotland can be held as Common Property, Joint Property and Pro Indiviso, but how to change between them I regret that I do not know.
