my system restore is turned on yet it does not work i cant get onto it , everytime i do its says system restore is not able to protect your computor please restart your computor and try again , but everytime i restart it still does not work does anyone know how to turn it back on ?

PLZ HELP !!! MY COMP IS REALLY BAD STATE :(

How much free space do you have on your hard drive?

well on my c drive i have 21.076,959,232 bytes
19.6 GB free so i think i have alot of space any ideas?
