Lamb or pork chops (grilled) with new potatos and green beans.
Quick wraps. Stir fry some peppers, mushrooms, onion and chicken. Whack in a tortilla wrap with a dollop of greek yoghurt or sour cream, a bit of salad and some grated cheddar.

Chop up some smoked back bacon, fry, and add sliced mushrooms. Add a jar of Bertolli Tomato & Basil plus 10 percent water and heat. Cook up fresh fusilli pasta, drain, and add the sauce. Delish. And if you're organised, youll do it all in 7 minutes.
