Keep telling yourself you don't want a cigarette because you are a non smoker!
Find something to do to take your mind off your craving, it will pass sooner than you think.
Think of the positive side of not smoking. Besides all the health issues think of the money you are saving!
In a few weeks time you'll soon realise how disgusting it is.

FILBERT,
I smoked for nearly 17 yrs, and no one enjoyed a ciggie
more than me, but i started to developing rubish on my
chest in the mornings. I decide to try to give up, although
i had tried several times before without success.
The main thing is to be positive
The cravings at first are very bad, but they do wear off
quite quickly, it is the habit you have to break really.
in my case after three weeks, i kept telling myself
i have never gone this long before, this helped me
greatly. if you put the cash you would have spent in a
jar you will realise how much better off you will be.
take each day at a time, before you know it you will find yoursef thinking less & less about ciggies.
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF ALL IS,
YOU WILL BE GIVING YOURSELF THE CHANCE OF A HEALTHY LIFE.
I think it is one of the BEST THINGS I HAVE EVER DONE.
I HAVE BEEN STOPPED NOW FOR 10 YRS
GOOD LUCK STAY WITH IT.
