operation tomorrow

Ive got to have day surgery tomorrow and dreadin it!!! Im having a camera put in to look at my womb, possibly remove a polyp and also drain or remove an ovarian cyst. has anyone else had a similar procedure?????

Nothing to worry about! you will be a little uncomfortable for a couple of days but you will be back on your feet on no time!
Yes i have had it done twice! hope all goes well

a few of my mates have and its fine, you'll make yourself more worried asking questions about it. xx

It's a bit uncomfortable as alinic mentions, similar to a period cramp.Try not to walk too far at first and ask whoever is picking you up at the hospital to bring the car to the entrance. A couple of Paracetamol when you get home should help and lots of TLC for a few days.Don't worry XXX

Hi lynneylou , try not to worry too much , while it may be slightly uncomfortable it shouldn't actually hurt , are you having any sedation , general , or local anaesthetic ?
The worse bit of it really is the indignity of having to be in that position with a number of people seemingly finding staring at your undercarriage the best thing since sliced bread, whilst it's also available for viewing on at least 4 screens in the room. Relax love , you will be fine :-) x
