We've had a beefy Easter... Slow cooker 'roasted' Brisket, which we then enjoy as a cold meat with, albeit, purchased pot pickle......V & R.

We should have said......." With homemade bread" O.K. it's a packet mix of Ciabatta, but we do doctor it by adding sunflower and sesame seeds. Honestly, its delicious, and it makes great toast .....V & R.
