Is there a minimum temperature that a cinema should be  in the UK?

No, the thing with something like a Cinema is that there is no reason why you can't leave. A place of work for example would need such limits as people are expected to stay but in a cinema you are free to leave at any time. I remember once we went to a cinema and the heating had packed up and the air con was stuck on, it was so cold you could see your breath, good fun however.

What about the people who work in the cinema? Shouldn't there be a minimum temperature for them?
