I've recently started the special k diet and also working out everyday: sit ups etc... it seems to really fill you up just 2 bowls a day and dont want to eat anything else after. it seems to be working i think as people say they notice a difference and i feel alot better in myself. Does anyone know anyone who this has worked with?

I have tried the special k diet and it worked but another two weeks later without the diet and i had put on the 4lbs i had lost so its good if your going to keep it up which is not ideal as you do miss out on improtant nutrients and variety but good if you want to lose a little for a party or holiday.
