Has anyone found No 82 Who was Briatin's "Best Loved Poet" who died in hisa beloved Cornwall in Jan.1981 please.
I have googled and searched and cannot find it.

Have to agree with Aquagility.

Sir John Betjeman died in Trebetherick on 19 May, 1984.

Cornwall and " Britain's best loved poet " point to Betjeman. i think they've got the date of death wrong.

gordon jackson was in the professionals but died in 1990, could be that typo i mentioned earlier
