I have been seeing a lady for around a week. She was due to sleep here tonight. I asked her if she would mind getting the bus home (about 5 miles) sometime after I left for work at 7 as I had 3 passengers in my car who rely on me to get them to work and it was still early days in our relationship for me to want others to know of it. I also thought it may be a bit embarrassing for her to be seen getting in my car at that time of the morning.
She's gone off on one!! Am I being unreasonable

Take your car keys then get the bus home - after all it's only 5 mile away and you can walk that far. Maybe then, when you have let your lovely workmates down you will know what embarrassing is?
If she is good enough to sleep with she is good enough to take home or pay for a taxi for her to get home - you should have told her before she stayed the night you take others to work

Personally I'd have made my own arrangements to get in to work as I would if I was staying the night at a friends, relatives or person I'm seeing. I don't anticipate or expect anyone to get me to and from work but myself and if I choose to spend the night elsewhere then I make sure I know how I'm getting to work the next day. Maybe that's just me though, I hate the thought of not knowing how I'm getting home/work/wherever from a place I'm staying at that isn't home.
Perhaps you should have told her your work car share arrangements a bit further in advance but otherwise I personally don't see the big deal. As you say, it's early days.

Erm... Not to step out of line but he's been seeing her a week, why should she be number one in his life? Any man I've been seeing for a week would not be number one in my life for sure. (Mind you I probably wouldn't be stopping at his house overnight either but that's neither here nor there).
A grown woman has made a decision to stay the night at her boyfriends. A grown woman can make her own arrangements to get to and from work because she has decided that she wishes to stay away from home at night. Why should Sgt. Rock take responsibility?
Now fair play after only seeing someone for a week (if I was staying over) I think it would be sweet for a chap to offer me a lift in to work or a taxi or even just be concerned about how I plan on getting home/work from his and I'd probably be quite touched he took the time to think about this, (sorry Sgt. but you definitely don't deserve extra credits). However I certainly would not expect them to to do any of that and probably wouldn't let them becuase as a grown woman I'd have made my own bl00dy arrangements because I'd decided to stop over on a school night! Like I said, it'd be a sweet offer but not something I'd be getting my knickers in a twist about. I think the lass should take some responsibility or failing that, don't stop over at someones a week in to dating before you've any clue of their routine. Whole thing's been blown out of all proportion.
