Hi haysi - nice to see you again. I'm busy with the cat sitting business over Easter but have decided to do some proper gardening this year, ie. growing stuff, so have been to the garden centre today. Have a good break

I tried to do some gardening, but rain is getting in the way. Not torrential, but pi$$ing off. As a fallback I have a fridge full of White Lightning 8% so I might get razzled.

As a consolation, the birds are nesting, and I am putting food outside on a small table. The robin in particular gets very impertinent when it runs out. Just a moment ago he hopped into the conservatory, perched on the back of my chair, fluttered his wings, then flew away. It's the raspberry flavoured ones that really pull them in.

I haven't bought any Easter Eggs this year. I need to lose a stone and E.Eggs are not going to help in any way, shape or form! Lol

The blackbirds remind me of B00, not sure why, but they do. When the food goes out, one of them comes down, has a small feast, then flies off twittering loudly, it must be "dinner's here, come on you lot".

Blue tits also feed off the table, which looks odd as they normally prefer perching and pecking at nuts.

I was going to see my kids in Germany but apparently theyre going away for easter so I'm going to go to Amsterdam instead and hopefully have a great time.
