The Old Spice music is  "O Fortuna" from Carl Orff's Carmina Burana. 

The same music was used in "The Omen" & "Only Fools & Horses"

O Fortuna was not used in the Omen. It WAS used in Only Fools and Horses in an Omen spoof scene and it DOES sound somewhat like Jerry Goldsmith's Omen theme, but they are not the same piece of music. Compare them here
