hello once again and greets to the group

it talks about 200ml of creme fraiche.....the last time i got a tub of the stuff it was in grams....could someone please make a conversion or do you think that might have been a misprint??

It's the same 200 gms is 200 mls

I know for a fact that one litre of water is one kilogram in weight. I would assume then that different ingredients would vary in their gram to ml ratio dependant on their water to mass ratio. (did that make sense?)
Indeed it does. A ml of feathers and an ml of lead would vary in weight greatly.
