M&S rant please.....

Ordered a glass table and a bed online with M&S.....gave credit card details.
Got credit card bill today with these items on but I haven't received them yet.
Checked online and they are due for delivery on 15/9.....they took my money on 12/8.
Rang M&S.......they take the money when they receive the items from the manufacturer.......see their terms & conditions.........okay if you received the items on the 12/8 why can't I have them until the 15/9 as they must be sitting in your warehouse.............put phone down when she said my attitude was not helping resolve any problems I may have.............thank you.

You must rember that you are there for their convenience and entertainment - not the other way round.
