Crafting with a bone folder?

If you don't have one, could you use a ruler instead?

Are the bone ones better than the plastic ones?

Personally, I would say no to using a ruler, bone folders are slightly rounded so to give a nice sharp crease, I don't think you would get the same result using a ruler. I have got both a bone and a plastic one and there doesn't seem to be any significant difference between the results. Hope this helps.

I've found a paper creaser set by Papermania, I guess it's the same as a bone folder and it was only two quid so I have bought it.
