Hi i have a damp patch under bedroom windows only since having room double glazed. Is this becuase there is solid stone window sill ?

Condensation on a cold surface. Water vapour probably used to escape through old (draughty?) windows.
Venti;ation (just a little) is needed, plus heating................. :o)
