Just opened a gorgeous bottle of red. Wait til I tell Sqad... :-)

Well... so far... the most beautiful little town I have ever seen is Niagara on the Lake. Funnily enough, it was 5 years ago today I went there. Best city.... NYC !!

yep NM, we were ther in early December the year after the twin towers fell, the tree at the Rockafella centre was awesome, and goint to the top of the Empire State was breathtaking...memories eh

We couldn't go up the Empire State Building, as it was closed due to a sheet of ice.

We flew over the city about 8 weeks before the attacks on the Twin Towers... we could see them from the airplane...
dreadful time for the US, we did go to Ground Zero, it was quite emotional too, the tiny church oppisite survived the blast, it was covered in flags from every nation + football tops with words like "We are with you, you'll never walk alone" written on them, I actuall saw a few Black and white NUFC ones there, all hung on the railings
