...I've received a letter from these people suggesting they may be holding a pension plan in my name.They list a number of companies and ask did I ever work for any of them and yes I did but that was 35 years ago.There is a web site which looks very official and above board.I wonder,has anyone on here any knowledge of this company,Nortel.???

Thanx craft that would fit as I too was in telecommunications back then (not BT/GPO).Do you know anything about the pension trust

Sorry I don't. If I remember correctly we used to buy network switching gear from them.
