Borderless Printing?

I am looking for a printer that will print on a full A4 and A5 sheet of paper without any margins showing.

Does anyone have a printer that can do this, please? Or any recommendations?

Also, can you buy a laser printer that can do this? (I know it would be expensive).

I have an A3+ printer which will print over the edge of A4 so it should do what you want. If you are printing on A5 you shouldn't have any problem with an A4 printer, just lie to it when setting the page size or do a custom page size. An A3 laser printer sounds very expensive especially a laser colour printer.

Thanks for reply, scotman. Does it print borderless on A4 and A5? Are you happy with the printer in general - would you recommend it to a friend?

I have seen printers advertising 'borderless' but they've been printers especially for photographs.

I've tried jomifl's suggestion about lying to the printer but got no success.

Actually I have never tried it as have no need of it. I believe most modern Epson printers can do it. Mine does say that it may degrade in quality near the edges and, of course, it says you should use special paper.
