I bought from satonline.co.uk an satelite receiver on April 2010,I did not get it,I tried by email and phone to ask them for receiver or to get back my cash but no success, I think they are experts to how to steal the money from customers.I have no idea what I can do when I spoke to Shayne he just did laugh loud and long on the phone.Any idea somebody????

I have a problem with this company as well. They took the money and didn't deliver the goods. I'm so angry that I've decided to report them to the police today. Anyone who has a problem with them, please e-mail me [email protected]

I just called the company from anonymous number and the guy answered the phone. He started lying that the goods would be with me today before 6 pm and the reason why they weren't delivered before was that the courier confused my address. When I asked him for the courier and tracking number he said he'd call me back in 5 minutes. It's been over and hour now and he still didn't call back. I tried to call him but he doesn't answer the phone. He's a joke! I'm definitely going to use Buenchico advise and send the letter tomorrow.
