Sci-Fi/Drama Tv show ?

Hi all, About ten years ago late night on ITV (I think) there was a show about a man that had been hit by a train and was deemed dead, but his brain was inserted into a younger 'artificial' man (stronger, faster than humans) secret military operation. He was sent on secret missions but was confined to a room (cell) but still had his old memories of his wife and kid but if he tried to contact them he and his (former) family would be killed. does anyone remember the name of the show?
