... to say that the FA Cup is boring?

The only EPL game this weekend is WBA v Wolves, and games like Birmingham v Sheff Wed just don't provide the same anticipation as a regular weekend of fixtures.

Th FA are looking at ways of revamping the FA Cup i.e cutting out the need for replays and seeding the Premier League sides. Not sure if this is the right way to go.

The seeding idea seems wrong but was there also something about making the ties midweek affairs? That might work.

Seeding the Prem League sides would be wrong in my opinion as well, playing the matches midweek instead would not be a bad idea as League Matches could still go ahead at weekends.

This media led trend of bashing the F A Cup really grinds my gums :-(
It seems to be an orchestrated campaign to brainwash the masses into saying it's no good.
Take no notice,it's still a great competition.
Just because the "big clubs" treat it as an inconvenience doesn't mean the hundreds of others that enter it should.
Manchester United v Crawley........Cup magic.
Leave it alone and don't believe the hype.

... I can't get worked up to go to FA Cup matches.

Watching the FA Cup Final used to be one of the only times you saw a whole match on TV, which made it feel special.

Now there is so much football on TV, it has lost it's magic.
