Toy Query

My son has a Buzz Lightyear figure, approx eleven inches high. It 'talks' if it has batteries in....but does anybody know how to replace the batteries? It's a Disney Thinkway toy, made of sturdy plastic. Lots of Phillips screws, but I'd rather unscrew the right ones than dismantle the whole thing....
