Why have we.......?

Why have we got up so early, instead of resting in bed an hour longer? I take a kettle and the `makings` for an early cuppa so`s I don`t waken `the boss`. Been awake now since 4.45am.

I wish I could rest in bed but I can't as I'm not comfy as I used to be...so usually 4 hours is about my limit but I'd love to sleep longer and or rest...sigh.

then I got caught up in a magical sunrise with hundreds of gulls flying past they roost on the reservoir behind my flat I know they are heading off to landfill sites but f you ignore that bit its really quite lovely

I have an electric bed that I can make it adjust to any position that makes me comfortable, and was suppied free by Social Services when I was unwell a while back. I had only just bought a new single divan bed two months ago, so now that`s in the box room.

Carlton that's great you have that bed...would be nice to have one meself but loathe to buy just in case it's not right for me...but it sounds brill that you can adjust it to just what you need.

I feel asleep on the sofa at 945 last night, when I woke up it was 315 ... not the first time it's happened, but then I had to get up and go to bed.
