Thanks Buenchico, have followed your instructions, got into Safemode with F8 and input the Malwarebytes but it only lists 60 options and stops us going further, we need a bit more detail to tell us how to run Malwarebytes. Thanks

If you don't get a solution you could try these people. They offer the HijackThis software which i have used in the past.
