Getting an icon onto the taskbar

I have an Outlook Express on my desktop, but would like one on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen as well, how can I do this please?

Right click on the icon then click pin to taskbar

You may be talking about adding a shortcut to the Quick Launch toolbar.

Right click on toolbar and choose Properties. If necesary Show QuickLaunch and Unlock Toolbar.

Then you can drag shortcuts to the QuickLaunch. (Hold down Control to copy a shortcut otherwise they will Move instead.)

Best to lock it again afterwards.
