i have tickets to what will probably be a popular event. However, there is a strong possibility i wont be able to attend on the day. However, i wont know till nearer the time. I don't want to sell them back if i can go, but don't want to be stuck with useless tickets
1) can someone else go in your place? (ie not sell them but give them to a friend)
2)when can you sell them back to the official site till?
3)when do i actually get them?

2. Not a clue. Sorry!
(But I'd assume that you can return tickets as long as there's someone waiting to buy them and that there's still time to get the tickets to them).

They seem to be holding their cards close to their chest with regard to security requirements but I'm guessing that tickets may well have the purchaser's name on them, with that purchaser being required to produce ID (such as a passport or driving licence) when seeking to gain admission to events. The fine print will probably arrive with the tickets.
