resident evil 4

having completed res evil 4 three times now i have still yet to enter the maze i dont seem to be able to find the cut scene which allows me to go in it, have tried 3 different game discs off friends they all say they have entered it. when i use theirs i cant get in please please can someone help its driving me mad

if you play it on easy level you dont get to enter the maze
