I've got a apple crumble in the oven , which i'm going to have with some custard .

I know it's a bit late to be eating , but hey , one has got to take a risk once in a while - wouldn't you agree ?

Maybe a rhubarb crumble, not too fond of apple. You have whatever makes you happy
I'm coming round, save me some , I love apple crumble, not had some for ages.
Add a few blackberries to your apple and you'll get the perfect crumble.
Aussie BILaw left me an 8egg creme caramel & I aint sharing

Gosh how could you eat crumble at midnight Bazile? As much as I love it I know it would give me chronic indigestion at that time of night! I have just taken a lemon drizzle cake out of the oven, it smells very yummy but I just daren't try it until tomorrow :( Enjoy it!!

paddywak , are you sure ? - although i've seen AC ,with what looks like bits of fruit in it ; in the supermarket .

Ann - i wont be going to bed untill about 3 o'clock - i'm hoping it will have been digested by then
I tried a packet mix of crumble the other week, think it was McDougalls. I normally make my own but this was so good nobody could taste the difference, certainly saved all the faffing around with messy hands and washing up mixing bowls!

Yes - I used to make it myself , but nowadays i buy it from the supermarket - as you say, saves all the faffing around

I'm going to wash it down with a ice cold bottle of Volvic ( with a touch of strawberry ) water
