He is an annoying zit but he knows how to get the best out of groups of folk wanting to sing and all credit it to him. Long may it continue.

Yes, I think he is brilliant. For some years I taught music (instrumental, not choral) and I know how difficult it is to persuade pupils to overcome their diffidence and lack of confidence. He is so good at doing that.

He's bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. He has managed to get an awful lot of people interested in serious music, which must be good.

But, dear God, those bloody jumpers ! I thought C+A closed down over 20 years ago, so where the hell does he get them ?

i love him, he is a very motivated person, and an inspirational teacher. Having said that his programmes are now too formulaic and getting rather X factor, so i hope he doesn't do anymore of these types of shows. I only watched one of this series and decided not to watch the rest.
