Err.... don't know but I can not see any reason why chhese couldn't / wouldn't be imported / exported by air.

If you were flying or sailing in, it would be no problem.
For Cyprus customs site:
Prohibited
• Meat and milk and any items thereof from non-EU countries with the exception of limited amounts from Andorra, Croatia, the Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland and small amounts of specific products from other countries.
I'm sorry that's no help for postage. Ask at your local Post Office.
