Thanks, Beejay but it is ?n?r?s so inters doesn't fit. I thought it might be intros (being introduction i.e. entry cut short) but can't work out why. Pretty sure the other letters are right. Thanks anyway. Jill

sorry folks, I've really messed this up - and given my job I even know the words of ingress and egress, should have been able to work it out myself and not cause this confusion.
