probbably after breakfast, as it's easy to remember.
I heard somewhere once that taking pills with drinks such as tea and coffee is pointless as the drinks prevent the absorbtion of the vitamins and minerals. You should take the pills with a meal and swallow with water for maximum absorbtion I think.
Why not just eat a balanced diet and not waste your money on vitamin pills?
