Can I Catch Up On The First Episode Of Broadchurch?

I now realise that this was probably a drama series worth watching but as I did not, I am wondering if I can get to view episodes 1 to 3 (the rest are available on Iplayer). If it is repeated I will watch it then but it looks as though a follow up is to be made so maybe they won't show the first series again.

Apparently ITV iplayer only has episodes of series available for one month. For instance, there is only the final programme of Mr Selfridge now available.

From the website - ITV Player allows any user to watch content for free for up to 7 days from the date of broadcast. Free extended catch up is available to all users registered with ITV for up to 30 days from the date of broadcast.
