Amazon Refusing To Accept My Credit Card

Has anybody else experienced this? its such a pain in the wotsit. They said my card might've expired, it hasn't. the've asked for another card.

Have you checked with your bank?

yes, contact your card issuer and ask what's up. They should have a record of any refusals.

i cant contact my card user, because its the halifax, they refuse to talk to me because i can never answer those security questions, so they always say i have to pop into a branch, bit difficult when i am living in Spain

I always have trouble with Amazon and my password I have had to change it numerous times.

I've had same problem.Simplest just to use a different card.

It might be something to do with using a British credit card on from Spain.

That's a point. Is the billing address of the card the same as the delivery address for the Amazon order?
