Can any male just put on a dress, call themselves a female and instantly get female rights?

you refused to use the female toilets just in case a transgender person happened to need to use it at the same time as you?
so presumably you would have been in a cubicle, so pretty private, so your actual issue is that you didnt want to have to wash your hands in front on a transgender person ... ?
