I've known a few Peter, there are places to inject that you wouldn't think of.
Having had morphine in a hospital setting I can see the attraction to heroin, I believe they are very similar but i've never taken heroin so don't know for certain. The feeling you get from morphine is very pleasant.
Funny though, the second time I was given it I kept throwing up so had to have something else instead for my pain relief.
The memory of her mother Paula's drug use cast a dark shadow over her life. Even with a nice husband and 2 lovely sons, she just had to keep on using heroin which has a "vice like" grip on the users.
it can be injected pretty much ANYWHERE - eyeballs, under nails, gums, armpits etc etc - just because someone doesnt have the cliched arm full of tracks, doesnt mean they dont use
in fact most will avoid the arm area as its the most obvious
