I have no idea, but do know people who have been helped by a charity service called stepchange if you need help at no cost to you.
The company appears to be as 'legitimate' as any commercial debt support company can be but, since they're ALL only after your money (which you won't have a great deal of if you're seeking debt support!) they should ALL be avoided.

StepChange (formerly the Consumer Credit Counselling Service) is a registered charity which can provide FREE help:

(Your local Citizens' Advice Bureau can also offer assistance but they often have lengthy waits, of several weeks, to speak to a debt counsellor. StepChange can help you straight away)
I don't know about this company but one word of advice; don't give your bank card details to anyone operating on the internet in this sphere. A few years back I was badly stung by a company which purported to be offering loans but in reality was just a broker. With your card details they then charge upfront search fees. It was three weeks before I realised they were taking £50 per week from my account for nothing. The small print authorising them to do this, even if it exists, is so well hidden that it is almost impossible to find. Fortunately my bank refunded the money, but it was a salutory lesson.
