and on to Istanbul - with the intent of going to Syria? Surely these are all legitimate flights? Intent to be a terrorist, okay - but theDewsbury group are all women and children.... I'm not talking about the morality of this here, the fact that the 3 mothers are exposing their children to a war situation is appalling, as is splitting the family - but, pray, what is illegal in travelling?

splutter, tony and tambo......

I agree on all the morality issue re kids in a war-zone but if they choose to go, so be it, in my book. Shame for the Dads and I can understand their grief - but, legally, nowt or little that they can do other than gnash teeth and wail.
//Ah so that's why the husbands are crying//
Yes-yes, what's that really all about? I have never seen on the media such false theatrical despair since that guy and wife(?) who torched his own house and kids. There seems to be a bigger story here, please tell me what's going on.
Far too much news coverage on this and on others going off to Syria. I feel like DTC. It is unfortunate, but if parents want to take their children into a war zone, should we intervene?
Let them get on with it, stop the sprog allowance and if the daddies leave as well, no loss.
Agree
Illegal??????????????

Don't everyone think, that if this lot decided to return to England they would be welcomed back with open arms?
By who?
Would the authorities dare to stop someone who had booked a flight for a pilgrimage to Mecca?
These sisters seem to have found a gaping loophole.
yes they would sandy, this happened a year or 2 back at bormingham.

in that instance the traveller was found to be in breach of currency regulations; he was invited to leave the cash behind or cancel his journey. he chose the latter.
**birmingham** even
Why did the authorities not put the children into care when they interviewed them in March?
the guys were crying saying "i cant live without out you " no, because Asian men a *** useless at cooking cleaning etc a wife is there for that and producing "male" preferable off spring, females are "worthless , just google female infanticide in Asian countries
as said earlier a fantastic theatrical performance by the men !

And it's a warm welcome to 'Hammer A Stereptype!!!'

The rules are simple - take a news story which is still in play, with little if any confirmation of the destination or intent of the participants, watch a video of some men crying, add on several tons of religious and racial sterotyping, tip the whole lot into a pot of smugness, stir, and see what happens.
