Printer Not Printing.

It's a HP Photo smart 5510. For some reason it will only print from a Apple laptop. When I try to print from the desktop it makes all the right noises but the paper comes out blank. It has got ink!

I've been to the HP site and tried to update the software but even that won't install.

Any ideas?
