Hip replacement advice

I had total hip replacement 4 weeks ago and am a bit concerned that when I walk without stick I'm in pain and have a very bad limp is this normal I'm doing exercises but am not seeing consultant...

Retrieving data from a mobile phone

Is it possible to retrieve deleted messages and photos from a mobile phone? I've deleted some numbers and photos that I could really do with getting back? Any advice welcome. Thanks.

Early retirement/state benefits.

Is it possible to claim any state benefits if taking early retirement through ill-health, and receiving a small private pension? Tried searching for a suitable web site but they all seem very baffling...
