Hi I am looking for a good bottle of tonic as a pick up. I have to be careful not to get one with loads of iron in it i.e. Seven Seas as to much iron aggrivates my IBS. Any suggestions please....

Blood Test

Why is it after having a Blood Test that sometimes your arms ends up being bruised? Is it the nurse taking the blood has tightened the band around the arm to tight. Thanks
