when you use these, do you drain the gloop and rinse the beans before using them or just throw the whole lot in? i always drain and rinse but i'm not sure why really, it doesn't say to on the tin,...

Fizzing in my ear...!?!

It's just come on, it sounds like when you pour out a glass of fizzy pop, but I can hear it inside my left ear - I do have problems with ear wax (nice!) but haven't had this before... Any help/advice...
