bad back!!

Can anyone tell me what is good for a strained/bad back ? My boyfriend played sport a bit too hard at the weekend and hes been in bed ever since !!!

File Extensions

I have just been given a DVD (home movie) that has an AVi extension. It won't play on my Sony DVD recorder but is fine on my PC. Is there any way I can get this to play on anything other than my PC ?...

My son who is 19 keeps suffering with mouth ulcers. Does anyone know if its a vitamin deficiency? Sometimes he has trouble eating because his mouth is really sore. Any advice would be appreciated x

Connect MP3 player to a DAB radio

Is it possible to buy a DAB radio that will connect to a MP3 player (Creative Zen). To play the MP3 without headphones. I have looked at some specifications on DAB radios and it doesnt mention input.

does anyone no of a good way to prevent shaving rash? The skin on my neck has always been really sensitive to shaving, I think its because my skin is stretchy & my face hair is really coarse....
