tv licence

just been watching tv and see that the licence is going up and that the beeb arent happy with it only being 3% in next 3 years, and they were basically saying that its because of high contract...

i heard yesterday that a law is being brought in that if youa re caught answering your mobile phone while driving you will get a ?60 fine plus 3 penalty points, well does it mean caught "actually"...

my employer has told us that we are going to get a pay cut in our hourly rate, this means about ?50 a week plus which will be short in our wages, are they legally entitled to do this???
