How do tv companies collate all entries for their tv comps and choose a winner. Are email entries treated the same as phone entries , if so why do people waste money phoning in an answer when an email...

If I got a WAP accessible phone with unlimited internet access would I be able to make VOIP or SKYPE calls on it? Or make internet phone calls by logging onto the webpage of my ISP?

I had a phone line in the office which I interchangably used for fax and (free dialup) internet, so I recently upgraded to broadband so I could connect and use both fax and internet at the same time....
