water leak?

I have water leak in my back yard. Not sure where its coming from until we lift the paving slabs up. will i pay to have this fixed or will it be up to the waterboard? thanks

smelly ear wax!!

For about 2 weeks my cavvy has a strange smell coming from his ears. We have cleaned with a soft damp cloth but it keeps coming back. It just looks like ear wax. Other than this he is fit and well....
