no-frills airline wont refund a flight fare

The airline I am travelling with informed me that the flight timing had been changed and brought forward by more than 6 hours. There would be no way I could get to the departure airport for that (now)...

Do Councils make any revenue from recycling!!!

I tend to put alot of paper in my recycling bin, do the council get any monies from the companies that process the paper and if so what happens to the monies received!!!
