It is 9 weeks since I stopped smoking :-) I have put on a stone in weight (now 9st 2lb), my skin is awful, I haven't stopped coughing for weeks and i'm no better of finanically. I'm not going to start...

Just heard on the radio we are being asked to switch off all electricity at 8.30 pm on saturday for one hour as a gesture towards energy conservation will you be doing this ? Mine will be off anyway...

how can i get sand from the bottom of my toilet pan?

Driving without a tax disc

Can anyone tell me if you are allowed to drive a car on the road if you purchase a tax disc on line but it has not arrived yet? (Bleeding DVLA are on strike today so I can't ask them!!)...
